The district’s annual vote on May 19th drew 451 voters, who weighed in on the proposed budget, a bus proposition, a capital project, and three Board of Education seats. All propositions passed, two Board members were reelected, and one new community member will be joining the Board.
We would like to thank everyone who came out to vote. We are grateful for the support in helping us to continue our mission of providing the children of this community with a high quality education, with their safety and well-being as a priority.
Budget Vote
The 2026–27 school budget was approved with 336 yes votes and 131 no votes.
Bus Proposition
Voters also approved the bus purchase proposition. It passed with 361 yes votes and 115 no votes.
Capital Project
The proposed capital project was approved as well, receiving 363 yes votes and 123 no votes.
Board of Education Election
Three seats were open in this year’s Board of Education election. The results are:
Donna Kissane – 310 votes (elected, 5‑year term)
Nicole Dumont – 307 votes (elected, 5‑year term)
Carla Cahill – 250 votes (elected, 3‑year term)
Jordan Molnar (write‑in) – 152 votes (not elected)
