It was an exciting morning at St. Joe’s Elementary as NBC5 News Broadcast live from our school for their Weather at Your School segment! From 5 to 8 am., students had the opportunity to meet a real meteorologist, learn about forecasting, and see what goes into creating a live weather report.
Many of our students arrived early to take part in the fun-some even helped with live weather forecast. The St. Joe’s Chorus added a special touch to the morning by performing “Thank a Vet” in honor of Veterans Day, filling our school with gratitude.
