Amy Shipman from Cornell Cooperative Extension provided students at the middle school with a cheese tasting ahead of National Dairy Month in June. Students had the opportunity to try both Adirondack and Muenster cheeses, voting on their favorite. It was a close race, but the Adirondack cheese won.
