What is ParentSquare?

Our district is very pleased to announce that we are now using ParentSquare as our main communication tool! ParentSquare is designed to keep parents informed and facilitate participation at school. It provides a safe way for the school administrators, teachers, staff, and parents to:

  • Send and receive school and class information.

  • Share pictures and files.

  • and much more . . . all in one centralized place!

How to Activate & Use Your Account

You can use ParentSquare on any device. You can download the free mobile app for Android or iOS, and you can also use it on a computer at parentsquare.com.

The information used to create your ParentSquare account comes directly from our student management program, SchoolTool. So whichever email address and cell phone number you provided the district when you enrolled your child will be associated with your ParentSquare account. In order to start using ParentSquare to send and/or receive messages, you need to activate your account.

Go to parentsquare.com, and click on the "Sign In" button in the upper right corner. On the next page, you will see a box where you can enter a username and password to login, and a second box that says "Register." Enter the email address or cell number you gave the district in that box and click the button. You will receive an email or text message, depending on which you use, with the instructions to activate your account. You only need to active your account once. You will automatically be associated with all of your children and their buildings.

Once you have activated your account, visit your account page, and there you can set your notification and language preferences, as well as check the contact information we have on file for you.

If you are unable to activate your account, it means the contact information we have on file for you is incorrect. If that happens, please call the main office of your child's school, and provide them your updated information. It will take 24 hours for the corrected information to sync from our student management program to ParentSquare, so you can try activating your account the following day. Likewise, if you are able to log into your ParentSquare account, but find that some of the contact information is incorrect, please call the school so it can be changed.
